As a community member, I am very comfortable and knowledgeable in non-monongamy and BDSM/kink related topics and/or issues. Within those communities, I have developed friendships with individuals who engage in sex work and am very supportive of sex workers and on a personal level, have engaged in discussions around sex work and/or issues that have come with that by friends practicing in that field. I have not done clinical work in that space, however. I feel comfortable in working with individuals who identify as trans and/or queer based on my personal and community relationships; I have also done some clinical work in these areas, but would state most of my work has been more around working with people who identify as queer but our therapeutic work focused on different clinical topics as that was not the goal of their treatment with me. I am not a POC, and while I have worked with POC during my career and would identify as comfortable working in that space, I do not have lived experience and feel I can always be learning more in this space.

I have been working for a long time as a school counselor and have had only a small private practice on the side. I recently left my schools off and am embarking on full-time private practice. As such, I have a lot of daytime availability, and in the fall will be providing appointments on 2 afternoons/evenings.
